Terms of Service

These terms are between you and MB Icecode (company code 306190890, Panevėžys, Lithuania), the provider of Auten. By creating an account or using Auten, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Auten lets you describe a task in plain language and carries it out on your own computer or servers through a small runner you install, orchestrated by our gateway and an AI model. You can also connect it to Claude Code and other agents over MCP.

• You are responsible for keeping your API key secret. Anything done with your key is treated as done by you.
• You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Auten acts on your instructions, on machines and accounts you control. You are responsible for the tasks you ask it to perform and their results. Only use Auten on devices, accounts, and data that you own or are authorised to access. Review what you automate, especially actions that send messages, move money, or delete things.

You agree not to use Auten to:

• Break the law, or access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorised to use.
• Infringe others' rights, send spam, or carry out fraud or abuse.
• Circumvent the usage limits of your plan, or resell the service without our agreement.
• Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service to build a competing product.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown on the site and may include applicable taxes.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• The free plan is offered as-is with a runtime limit and no payment required.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

We work to keep Auten available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that causes downtime.

Auten is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI models can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing important actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB Icecode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Auten and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the service itself.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update this page and the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Auten after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lithuania. If you have a question, reach us at [email protected] first; we would rather sort it out directly.
